If they are important then why are they  gradually maltreated?(in most cases) It is very shoking think that who is backbone in our life at a time , became useless , homeless and bone less at the time of his /her old age.do you ever think about our responsibility ,which we are gradually torn up.we broke the tradition and neglect our duty as well.Do we ever think that why are old age  homes gradually  increasing in our country? Now lets  discuss why  old men are  gradually disregarded by the youngers? how we will become a good humane after all..  Why is failure so important?? Have u ever heard that people gained success without failure? No ,u don't find  anyone across the globe.failure makes u stronger step to step... There is no  jumping process.. success is not a short process ,its long process... There is proverb 'how much struggles have in your life ,more the success u will get in your life...'so never be afraid to be part of struggle...only u have that is courage , confident and attitude to face the challenge, to it may be little or big that should not affect your life.I elaborate this ,as for example ram rises from bed at 4.a.m on the other side laxman rises at 6 am, but he feels it very disgusting and problematic life to get up from the bed whether Ram feels that it would be better if i had to rise at 5. a.m..  so time is not a problem.. if so then it would be same with Ram and  Laxman.Here the problem is individual.we create it in our own  mind...this is called 'attitude' by the successful ...

 Success is not a destiny  but is a type of journey..u have to feel every moment of your life it either be good or bad... whatever may and would happen to you... people talk lots about success but a very little about a success.. People fair to be failed in life.. if u don't face the problem how could you feel the success of your life... How could u handle the success?? I just thnk one  think always.. if i get the chance suppose to handle 100 people in a meeting..do u think? U can be able to able handle this??
